shipping & returns
Orange Blossom offers $5 flat rate shipping for all purchases. You items will ship within 1-3 days of your order. Please note some items, like zodiac trays, are considered custom orders and have longer lead times. Be sure to read the details on the product page.
Unfortunately, Orange Blossom does not accept returns expect on damaged products. If your products arrived damaged, please reach out via the contact page. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
product care
Dust your trays as needed with a soft, dry cloth. If your tray gets dirty, use a slightly damp cloth to clean. Be sure to dry your tray after. Do not leave standing water on your tray.
Our trays are not compatible with water.
If your tray gets dirty, or your incense holder leaves a smudge, use a slightly damp rag to wipe clean. All trays and sealed and should wipe clean. Be sure to dry completely.
Trays are not intended for food use.
