PROCESSING & PRODUCTION TIME

Orders may take up 14 business days to process and produce. This time may increase during sales and holidays. My products are handmade in Walnut Creek, California.

 

SHIPPING CARRIER & TIME

Once your order has been processed and produced (see above), orders are shipped via USPS, which varies between 3-7 business days.

 

PRIORITY/INSURED SHIPPING

Orange Blossom Design is not liable for any lost or stolen packages during transit and it is the customers responsibility to contact the post office if a package goes missing or arrives damaged.

 

RETURNS

No returns on products are accepted unless the product is damaged.  If a product arrives damaged, please contact orangeblossomdesignca@gmail.com
